My cruisers can't seem to fire cruise missiles on land based radar targets. The target is well in range. I get the 'missile UI" and the text in the crosshair says 'Target: ground radar contact', but the red target line does not lock on, and when I click, I don't get the 'missile launch' confirmation dialog. When I target a province center with my cruisers, no issue. I targeted the same radar target with air units (ASF and heavy bombers), and no problem. is this issue known?

I'm playing from Belgium. my time zone is CET or UTC+1h. This means the clock for every game lags 1h behind real time. In other words, the in-game new day starts at 1AM. Posti have a bug where my patroling planes do not accept new patrol, ferry or attack commands. Only the cancel command works. After an undefined time / number of refreshes does the stack respond again. anyone else having this? playing in an edge browser
