I like the idea because id adds mor realism to the game. If scouting of a drone didn´t declare war, it also should not declare war if you remove them by force. Of course it is up to everyone to declare war becase your drone "went missing" during a mission, but it is as if you declare war because you are spied upon. afaik, Point def is triggered as long as the AA Unit would receive damage, This includes direct hits and Splash as well. Maybe opulente might pull some strings to get a reliable answer... Another way to get Information is Setting up a life Lab, we could Jump on a flashpoint and try it out...

Well i like Snipers, but for my understanding the Scale didn´t fit here. An Infantry unit in CON is a military formation in division or Battalion Size. In my understanding, an Infantrydivision will have some snipers aboard already ant they are included in the stats

Lets sort things out a little. Maybe you were a litte late with your tds, nut now we're in it so lets look which options we have: First of all, protect your cities. TDS will do the job. Place 2 of them in the cities to make sure you get the Point def shot. When you have your shield ready, you don´t really need to hunt down the subs becuase they are kindof useless now If you want to hunt them use NPA (check the Tier when they boost ther sonar range).
