From more experienced player's point of view, why would you upgrade TDSs, SAMs and Mob AA and not keep it in low lvls to save research space for other units? I can't see why I would push for max lvl in these units because other than increased attack/defense/HP. Mob AA only gets airlift at lvl 4 and air assault at lvl 5, TDS get airlift at lvl 4 and reveal stealth at lvl 5, SAMs airlift at 4, air assault at 5 and reveal stealth at 6.
