Ok, 60 seconds, but does it also apply to naval units?

I wanna know if I attack a Destroyerstack with a single corvette and the destroyerstack I attack shots at corvette unit and destroys it immediately, how long time will it then last untill the Destroyer can attack again? i am asking because I have seen that there is a very short attack cooldown of 2 minutes on Ground artillery, at least on MLRS, in a similar situation. So perhaps this would apply to other units asa well?
