    When a Nation is completely eliminated (no units, no territory) 1) Change the Player Image (to a skull or a black "X") 2) Change the relationship flag to "None", and remove the morale penalty for being at war with a nation that no longer exists.

    Add to expendable warheads on the missile list. Targets only radar emitters. Strikes the Most significant Radar emitter in the target area. Does heavy artillery level damage to the target. Shuts down the radar for ( 20% 1 hr. 30% 2 hr. 30% 3 hr. 20% 4 hr.) THADS could be given an improvement (Distributed Array) which would decrease the shutdown 50%. Air to surface only.
