help me out please. if morale % increases X then production rate increases X = ???? and NO PLEASE do not comment there are many factors, I know this... of which most factors or static modifiers known and easily calculated as is the baseline known ( i cataloged cities baseline resource production f or a particular game type) thus I only need to understand Populations caps & morale rate influence on production

PostIf I recall correctly, there is a cap I read some time ago to population on cities. more or less depending on which city there is a baseline of resources for each city that is static and consistent from game t game of the same type. (4x less production perhr starting game than 1x games for same city. each city is same over and over for the same game type from my observations this week. I am astonished at how many players build to level 5 arms early and often... thus I knowingly understand they are suffering in at least one area: research or units or flexibility i was writing all the math and points here regarding early to mid game facts. Has anyone experienced the fire control NOT working for elite subs. You can run right smack into ships and the fire control not work on "aggressive" when it is supposed to auto fire & upon being it by the ships NO point defense !!! Sat there and watched it happened, tried it again later and same darn thing.
