Why are the loyalty points of cities taken and built up to 35 and more now dropping in points. For the last few real days my cities I have taken have not been gaining loyalty points or what ever it is called. Therefore they are constantly being attacked by rouge troops. However everyone else's cities on my team has their cities points increased. This is not a but if it is only effecting me. Something else is going on. Can some one look into this for me. This is on Game 5238591.
