Airplanes unable to attack moving targets, is that a bug or a new feature to balance the air Force?

For example, city A is building airbase lv1, army base lv2, army base lv2, army base lv3 are in queue. 5 minutes later when I come back the army base lv2 disappeared. I checked a few times to make sure I didn’t accidentally cancel it. It happens in multiple cities/provinces, sometimes affects mobilization. I’ve never had this bug before. Is it because of some recent updates?

Hi! Thank you for turning in, did you mean that it’s a game feature designed deliberately, and not a bug?

Radar works fine most times. But there is a chance that all units controled by a player is radar-invisable. I'm having this situation in game 6389446, where Turkey's all units are invisable to radar. I've checked the signature size and I'm sure it should be shown by radar. His infantry are invisable, his ammor units are invisable, this happens both on PC and moobilie clients. All other players' units can be detected perfevtly fine by radar. Or is he cheating?

PostQuote from ewac123: “STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE. DoD is right, when someone attacks you ally, and you plan to defend, declare war on them. You don't have to declare war on everyone, just the person who attacked your ally. Now that the question is answered, @Opulon Please close this thread. Thank you. ” The question still is "Who will be 'the person who attacked your ally'"?How would I know that?If I don't,how would I declear war on him?

PostQuote from Dealer of Death: “Quote from potato: “I send my troop to one of my ally's city and we're in a same coalition. And then, the enemy stack came to that city. Guess what? The enemy stack suddenly ocupied that city and became the defending side, and my stack, which was waiting in that ally city, became the attacking side, and lost the bunker affect. This is absolutly unfair and unrealistic, and please forgive me for saying this ,it needs rework. ” You should have declared war on the attacker bef…

Well...it just when white, and re-open it can't fix this problem, tried many times. Only the menu in the upper left corner and the city menu on the right can be displayed normally, the entire map is white. And I found other games (also CoN games) can be loaded normally, just specific games can't come out.

Quote from playbabe: “welp they should add a feature to correct this ” They don't have to redo the AA system, just make declaring war on any member of the coalition constitutes declaring war on all other members. This will fix the problem, and this is how NATO and how main major military alliances works.

Quote from Dealer of Death: “Quote from potato: “I have 4 TDS in my ally's city to help him defend any missile. And 1 ICBM hit the near by province. And my TDS just get killed by the 50 explosion range, with out even shooting. Does this even make sense? ” Actually it sounds like everything functioned the way it was supposed to, even if it is thru a "credible to reality" loophole.1. Since you weren't targeted, war wasn't declared 2. Since you weren't at war, and not targeted, your unit does not atta…
