Does the damage depend on the maximum health, does it depend on their current health is it fixed and most importantly, can it kill units?

If you've got more than 1 unit in your stack when you decide to retreat, you're probably going to lose at least 1 of them. The upside is that you don't lose all of them by continuing a losing fight.

My shame is only equal to the feeling that i was amongst the 0.1% that faced with such thing, don't immediatly do a forum thread to claim the game sucks and is broken, refund the free game.
