Have you played it? If so, is it good?

I bounced over to check it out. It seems clunkier/more awkward to me, and I don't find the graphics appealing, but that all might just be because I'm used to this game. I'm trying to decide right now whether to just ignore it or whether to go over there and try to get good while the game is still young.

I suspect tThe origin is the alternate 1920+ world of Jakub Rozalski, who inspired also the board game Scythe and the already mentioned Iron Harvest RTS game

Not sure if this world fits into the steampunk genre, at least it is similar with mechs in an non-futuristic world

So I went over and checked the game out in a preliminary sort of way.

It has some new mechanics like leviathans that can switch back and forth between being submerged and emerged at sea (different stats in each state). Same thing with the Harpy, can fly or can switch to a walking stance.

For those of you who are not fans of MRLS, there are ranged units but they are not as powerful and in some cases need to be setup before shooting away.

For those of you that need tanks to be happy, this is the game for you! The mechs have pretty impressive destructive power…hard to ignore them.

Aircraft carriers are pretty powerful in this game. They deploy torpedo boats as well. There are land carriers as well.

There are three levels of stealth, for instance a level one scout mech won’t be able to detect a level 2 commando.

It would seem that some your suggestions for CoN were considered; they just used them in a different game!

All in all, pretty interesting

If Bytro managed to introduce that switch 'stance', maybe Dorado will manage that too
