Rogue state. No way this many attacks are normal

    • You're probably getting attacked so much, because, as you stated, you do not have a manageable number of cities for your units to cover with your current morale situation. They are going rogue. They are going rogue because there is low morale. There can be low morale for a number of reasons- civilian casualties, missing Headquarters, enemy neighbors, recent capture and occupation, and more.

      Summary: You're spread too thin - so many of your cities have low morale and they are all undefended. The Rogue State takes it with its % chance. They've taken a large portion of the cities. Next day - same thing. You try to resolve the situation, but your morale is so low it does nothing, and you do not have enough units to cover all of the cities.

      Next time, don't let it get out of hand. For now, do what you can with Aircraft and Infantry as well as anything else you have at your disposal.

      Watch out for those enemies - they might become vultures and take those Rogue State cities that were formerly controlled by you.
