    • Where is the Parachute Infantry? Is SR 71 Blackbird a bomber?

There is no Parachute Infantry in the game, this elite unit carries out airborne assaults, by means of transport planes, what there is only in the game is light infantry (Airmobile), this infantry carries out airmobile assaults by means of rotary wing aircraft, are very useful and agile, but the range of their assaults are short as well demonstrated, the creators could analyze the possibility of adding the parachute infantry, as it is very important strategically, in theory, they could only act from air bases or airfields by boarding transport planes and jumping at the indicated location, but their range would be much greater and they could jump anywhere inside it, that way we could react quickly to an enemy aggression in our territory, attack the enemy's deep rear in a offensive, and even outflank them. The parachute infantry also has a limiting factor which is that it cannot perform airborne assaults with excellence in any weather conditions and without proper close air support, the creators could also exploit this to make the game a little more realistic.
And the SR 71 Blackbird is not a bomber as it indicates in the game, it is a strategic reconnaissance aircraft, what would correspond to a stealth bomber is the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit.

Isn't this just a more complicated airmobile infantry?

No, paratroopers carry out airborne assaults, they are transported by transport planes, that is, they have a much greater assault range than airmobile infantry, which are transported by helicopters, paratroopers as they are an elite unit are very well equipped and trained , were created to stay behind enemy lines for a short period of time without support, they are as well prepared as the marines, these two units fulfill very dangerous missions.

i think it's an idea worth exploring, keeping in mind though that it would radically change game dynamics as you are no longer safe behind the frontline. So, everyone who uses an aggressive push strategy, would still need to defend their homeland all the time (within the range of paratroopers).

      me, i think it's interesting.

Yeah, glad you liked it, when I started playing CON:WW3 that was one of the first things I noticed, there are so many cool units, but where is the paratrooper infantry? What is the reason for having airmobile light infantry but not having such a relevant unit? It would change the way of playing a lot, force players to think more, carry out more elaborate offensives.

Ok, but what are the stats for this unit?

I don't understand your question very well, but the Parachute Infantry is prepared and has enough capabilities to be able to act without support for some time behind enemy lines, facing even enemy armored formations, they have everything they need to survive in this scenario, they have portable anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons, as well as mortars, and transport vehicles that can also be launched by the aircraft they are in, so I think this might answer your question, they are good against infantry, and despite taking damage can also defend against enemy aircraft and armored vehicles.

Every unit in CON has stats like attack against soft targets, defence against soft targets, same for hard targets, and planes, helis, missiles, every unit type speed of the unit, terrain bonuses, etc
I know, but it is up to the game developers to study the unit to form the best characteristics, also following the parameters of the game, they must study the composition of the parachute infantry, their equipment, their mode of employment, their capabilities, your strengths and weaknesses

No one has deployed paratroopers in mass since WW2 (even then was highly ineffective as shot down or dropped in wrong areas). Modern Airborne Rangers used more like spec ops; which is already modelled in game.

Transports would be shot down by the time they made it 20 miles into enemy territory.

ahh, what are you trying to say? That skydivers are obsolete? I could give you countless examples of efficient performances by paratroopers on the battlefield, my dear, but I don't think wasting this time would be worth it, some of what you said makes sense, but I ask you to study a little more about the unit, its function, and what it is for, paratroopers have their uses, and as you mentioned, many of them are within the special operations lining, but very different from the Special Forces and Airmobile Infantry, what happened in World War II were accidents , no parachutist should be taken where he cannot jump, that is not even logical.

Paratroopers were created to perform vertical projections in the theater of operations by air, giving them the opportunity to position themselves where ground troops cannot, carrying out the "forced entry" strategy making them able to take from the enemy certain positions, buildings, fortifications, or simply to sabotage enemy positions from your rear, your long-range assaults don't even compare to Airmobile Infantry. And I didn't even mention their great capabilities of ready employment, paratroopers are the unit that can be deployed most quickly over great distances in large numbers in the face of an intervention mission.

recommend you study this a little more.

SR-17 is only Stealth Scout Aircraft not parachute aircraft.

Real parachute Aircraft is 'Military Cargo Aircraft'.
And when did I say that? These are two totally different questions sir, read it again please
I has read these text again it (i was mislead), but 2x text questions has in same body text, it's easily confusing someone's. I suggest you, seperated 1x body text into 2x body text.
