Since the introduction of the EAA, our beloved Strike Fighters and Helicopters have no longer had a use within the game. We at Pyth0n Inc. have desperately searched for solutions to this problem, and today, we shall share the final result. Say hello to our potential newest unit, the Paper Airplane!
The Paper Airplane will function as a reconnaissance aircraft that will deal very minor damage of 20 to soft, hard, and naval targets. It will become part of its very own target class, neither fixed-wing or rotary-wing, but flexi-wing. The PA will have a very small sum of 0.1 HP, however, which means it can instantly be shot out of the sky using the correct tools. What tools, you may ask? You see, Pyth0n Inc. has noticed a distinct lack of use of the Naval AWACS. So therefore, we propose that NAWACS will be the key to bringing down Paper Airplanes in combat. They will deal 20 damage to flexi-wing targets, instantly incinerating our poor PA.
Another key feature of PA is it's ability to be deployed by every unit (except themselves, obviously), and yet still deploy other deployables, like the Elite UGV and Elite SUAV. If it is hard to believe, just imagine the Paper Airplane as a Star Destroyer, carrying AT-ATs (EUGV) and TIE fighters (ESUAV), into battle, whilst having firepower of its own.
Now, you maky ask, how is this balanced at all? Well, dear reader, we have taken precautions to limit the power of this new unit. For example, it used to have its own AA bubble, radar, sonar, and the ability to launch 10 CMs and 5 BMs. But don't worry, we removed all of those, except for the missiles. Prepare yourselves, generals, as you may suffer some PTSD after encountering enemies with this unit.
Here are the stats for the PA:
Abilities:-
Radar Signature: Invisible
Cannot Conquer
Lauch Missile: CM Capacity - 10; BM Capacity - 5
Scout
Reveal Stealth: Ground Units
Storm Position
Level 1: Starting tech - 20 dmg to soft, hard, and naval targets, no damage to air, rotary, submarines, missiles, buildings or population.
Level 2: Speed Increase
Level 3: HP increase by 0.2; total of 0.3
Level 4: Next generation tech - 30 dmg to soft, hard and naval targets
Level 5: Streamlined mobilization: Reduction of production time from 10 minutes to 5 minutes
Level 6: Next generation tech - 40 dmg to soft, hard and naval targets
Attack Range: Infinite (Wind is infinite, so is the range)
Cost per Unit: 10 Supplies (all is needed is paper, after all)
Now, the elephant in the room; how will this balance the EAA accordingly?
Well, my friends, we at Pyth0n Inc. believe that the best way to put out a fire is to add more barrels of fuel into the flames

But Utopia just causes more stress.
