But Utopia just causes more stress. -
They could change that newly built arty unit has 10% increase in cost for every arty already in the field (live). So second arty is 10% more expensive, third 20% and so on. If one arty dies next one to build is 10% lower.
For air units just to remove "15hp when on ground" and instead make them receive 2x more damage when fighting on ground. -

I'm not saying I think incremental price increases the more you build of one unit type is my favourite way to do it - but it would kind of work. -

And mind you even with 27, that TD will kick that MbT’s HP down alot. And if you add in spammability, that MBT is more likely to face more than 1 TD after that battle.
