And the other option is to fill a bug report so we can investigate and get your account back to you. In the report provide your in-game username of the account you can't retrieve and someone can verify this and get an email added to the account so you can reset the password.

There's a bug that doesn't show your statistics properly, making it look like you account was reset. Apparently it's been patched but I still run into it from time to time.

Maybe that's the problem? If not, contact game support
