      I have an idea.

      What if we could bring back former nation states (ex. Soviet Union) back to the game?

      Example: The player playing Russia has conquered Belarussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and etc. He will then have an option to "Reform Soviet Union"

      He can either say Yes or No.

      There is so many more countries he would have to take to become the Soviet Union is general.

      How do you think each any game would evolve (differently from current typical and unusual games) if this feature became available - And why would those changes make the game better?

      There are an infinite number of ways to change the game - There are few changes in that infinite sea that make the game better in some sense.
