R.I.P. CON ? The Hand of GOD feature released

It has happened. At last. The most fearsome feature in CoN has been released: The Hand of God.
A feature that instantly kills units by spending a certain amount of gold.

How? Let me explain. Since the latest Patch 2302.08 the system will kill any grounded Airraft as soon as the Airfield were they are parked gets destroyed.

So how is the Hand of God working?

1. Wait for the Enemy Aircraft returning to refuel
2. Wait till they land/are grounded
3. Spend xtimes 2500 Gold to sabotage all the AirfieldAirports in combat range and at last the one were they airplanes are parked.
4. Result: Instant kill of all airplanes on the Ground

How will this feature change the way CoN is players? Is this the end of AirCrafts?
It certainly boosts land based army. But how many player will be frustrated and leave the game?

Sounds like free money for Dorado. Nice.

I've been amused by how they have consistently made the game worse as they do code updates, but I'm now starting to feel silly even devoting time towards it which I only do because I am online 12+ hours a day. Oh well.

I was just on the receiving end of one of these tactics, cost me 4 perfectly good ASF. It’s dangerous to place aircraft in hospitals…

They just disappeared, not even on the news…

It is possible that perhaps I missed something, I was offline when it happened.

But I couldn’t find anything on the reports.

get aircraft up, cancel, wait for it to land, demolish airport. 2 time
it fly away.

Yep. I've had to play whack-a-mole with enemy planes this last few days now. Attack them while they are on the ground, the airbase die, they just fly up and relocate, I attack next airfield as soon as they touch down, they get up and fly away again. It's a buff to air force if you ask me.

IIUC, if there is an airbase/field in range of the ferry range they will relocate, no matter what. For fixed wings that often means anywhere on the map.

retested, It appear that when relocate, the aircraft were using combat range instead of ferry range.

combat range? same as ferry a helicopter on a carrier. this worked for me also only within combat range.
