      I don't know what to say about this, i have a russia game currently and in moscow there is a level 3 strike fighter while in Nizhny Novgorod and Arkhangelsk there are advanced strike fighters being mobilized, Day 25 also, i finished researching the level 4 SU 27 Flanker yesterday
