The sound effects in the game appear to broken now, after this most recent patch. Units are making the same sound effect as if they are stationary. For example, when a ship is bombarding a city, it doesn't make the sound it used to make, it just makes the same sound as if the ship were stationary and awaiting orders.
Same for planes, when you click on a strike plane or a heavy bombers as it's attacking units or cities, they make the same sound they would normally make when they are parked & grounded at an airfield, awaiting orders.
Same for infantry, when infantry is engaging in combat, or moving through land, it just makes the same sound as if it was stationary and doing nothing.
I have tried updating my app, I have tried using PC instead, I have tried a different mobile device, and the issue still occurs. I spoke to a friend who is also experiencing this same issue.
The map also appears alot more foggy and has a light-blue tint that it didn't have before. Toggling fog of war just makes it worse and makes the map even more brighter. The map doesn't look as "clear" as it used to anymore.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

another new issue,
is the time displayed on the unit's eta, after issuing a command it's usually wrong.
Workaround,
After deselect and reselect the unit,
the correct eta is displayed. -

I noticed something strange going on with games I'm in. The problem are choppers:
Sometimes when I try to send my choppers patrol somewhere or transfer, they won't respond. They would just stay where they are, completely stuck. While in the other game I'm in, this issue doesn't show up. In conclusion, in one of my games, someday my choppers won't move at all And then randomly I would be able to move them again.
But the thing is that one time they didn't respond for like a week which is kind of problematic. -
Again, submit bug report.

On Mobile sometimes it's hard to see if an action was registered without the audible confirmation.
Sometimes a click is interpreted as scrolling or vica versa, it will try to calculate routes to places when I'm just trying to pan the screen... -
i wana mention another change i recognized as part of this update, i don't consider it an improvement.
When building an airstrip, it use to be that it wouldn't appear on the map until it reached 40% (functional). Now airstrips appear 10%.
Personally i use to build airstrips up to 30% in strategic locations and pause construction to hide them, then they would be available to quickly complete if needed.
Also if you're checking in on a construction (while doing other things) it's harder to see if it's ready (like functional) now. So i don't think this is an improvement.
One alternative would be to have a graphic for any building under construction, that is not yet functional. This would help give players visual feedback on the map as to the status of a building.
I had one intense game where i was fighting three active players across Asia (who were apparently collaborating on a discord) we kept knocking out each other's airstrips. That would have been negatively affected by this update.
I think buildings in cities (level 2+) were also affected, i use to upgrade my airports and ArmsInd by 10% to hide them on the map. Now this was kinda sneaky but it was part of the game.
It's pretty annoying that a lot of buildings don't explicitly indicate at what level they're operational, it's worse with airports because a level 1 airport may be operational but not allow construction. It would be nice if the documentation was better.
PS Another gripe which should probably be a separate post, is that if u look at building info the % is displayed correctly for most stats on the current status but the HP always say 10 or whatever even when that's obviously not true.
