Hello, I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but whenever I shoot cruise missiles from a bomber squad to attack a stack of naval units it ALWAYS says the target was out of range....... even if i am hovering over the stack and it is not mobile

Does anyone else have this issue? So far I have lost +6 cruise missiles this way and its starting to irritate me
