In making my statement keep in mind I am not an admin or anything like that but I would say the answer is no. If they make an exception fo ryou other will try to bend the rules on multi accounts. What I would suggest is you and your brother share an account. You play on one map and he plays on another map... But only use 1 account. I know that sucks and you cant play together on one map but it is Just a suggestion

If your and your brother's game accounts were banned for multi accounting as you have stated this means you saw the warning and ignored the time frame to reply usually between 48 and 72 hours.
