The negative 20 pertains to the nation's overall morale? I am just contemplating if sacking the capital, say first, would even be worth it. Question on the Radar Regiments. Why can they not be airlifted or shipped across water?? I have one that I need to move, but it will not allow me to move it to a location across water.
