how can you take isolated island over that are out of range of airborne and have no seaport? Amphibious vehicles cannot take land? Am i missing something?

If the Island Provence is out of range of airborne infantry. The Island Provence will only be able to be captured by Marines/Naval Infantry. Special forces (Lvl 4) and amphibious assault craft both have the ability to conduct amphibious landings. But neither can capture provinces. Marines Don't Need A Seaport To Land, However Any Other Infantry Except level 4 Special Forces Cannot Land Without A Port.it makes me wonder why im still here -
