Types of Buildings or Upgrades In Cities and What do They Do?

At the Beginning of the Game & for Newer Players here's some suggestions I wish I would've known when playing this game.

      1. Army Base - Required to build Infantry, Armor (Tanks), and Support (Artillery and Anti Air). Note: This building costs components, fuel, manpower and money in daily upkeep.

      2. Air Base - Required to build fighters (Air support, Strike, etc.) and heavies (bombers, etc.) Allows airlifts of units from one air base to another within your territory or of an ally. Determines range for air mobile. Note: This building costs components, fuel, manpower and money in daily upkeep.

      3. Recruiting Office - Increases Manpower production in a city. You need Manpower (Soldiers) to build additional units. You also need manpower for upkeep of your units, upkeep of cities, and for annexing cities of other players. This building costs money in daily upkeep.

      4. Arms Industry - Increases all resources produced in a city. This is a permanent bonus to the city unless damaged or destroyed. This building costs no resources upkeep.

      5. Secret Weapons Lab - Develop stealth jets, stealth bombers, missiles, and launchers. Note: This building costs electronic components, rare materials, manpower and money in daily upkeep. This is a secret building so it is not shown on map to other players.

      6. Military Hospital - Heals units faster in this city. Also boosts population growth. Garrisoned units heal hit points by +2 per 24 hours. The unit’s healing is increase by the level of the military hospital. So a level 5 military hospital would heal +5 hit points per 24 hours. This building costs components, manpower, and money in daily upkeep.

      7. Underground Bunkers - Increases morale. Shields population and units from damage. Secret building. Not shown on map. This building costs components, manpower, and money in daily upkeep.

      8. Relocate Headquarters - Reduces negative morale modifiers for distance to capital city. Of note you can only have one headquarters in any of your cities per country. You will not be able to build this upgrade in a city that is already your capitol. Later on in the game you may want to move your capital or if your capital is captured this upgrade would significantly help your country's morale.

      9. **NEW** Combat Outpost - Garrisoned units take less damage and also increases moral. This is costly though so only build in strategic territories. This costs components, fuel, manpower, and money in daily upkeep.

      10. **NEW** Field Hospital - Garrisoned units heal hit points by +2 per 24 hours. This is costly though so only build in strategic provinces. This costs components, fuel, manpower, and money in daily upkeep.

      11. **NEW** Airfield -Serves as an airport allowing aircraft, air mobile, and airlift operations. This is costly though so only build in strategic provinces. This costs components, fuel, manpower, and money in daily upkeep.
