what is "anti cheat" game?

It is a premium feature allowing the cheat prevention system to NOT register multi-account logins from the same IP - eg. from a home or a school.
This is good if someone wants to play with his roommates or the like - we just ask for the creator of the game to have a premium account aka. Security Council.

We do not have to add anything. Games allowing multi-user logins are a service and gesture towards our coop community - not an obligation.

single player controlling multiple countries in one game is not legal. Such behaviour results in account lockdowns and/or permanent bans for repeat offenders.

And for that reason we offer a premium service of "Anti-Cheat-Off" games. One person pays 5 USD a month and can open private games, unranked obviously, allowing other players to use identical IP to eg. allow schools to multiplay or families to enjoy a bit of inter-familiar global nuk'em.

I am playing a game where I am 100% confident there is a player controlling multiple countries.

I mean there are ones that went inactive for WEEKS who come on and instantly declare war on me, but do nothing else. It's like a 10 on 1 fight right now

3x Speed games are an event - they are time limited and the whole point is to create high-tension, competitive rounds for players who enjoy PvP.
