    • [Concept] Fog of War everywhere

      1) Player's territory should not work like one big area of sight. Owned provinces should have graphics like it is now, but only units with radar can detect hostile movement, and fog of war covers owned territory too.
2)If your provinces are not in range of radar, then hostile aircrafts, helis, drones, bombers, missiles, aeromobile infantry and airstrikes(?), can fly unnoticed over your territory.

      Arguments:
      3) The bigger empire you have, the more radar controlled area you need (or risk sneak attack).
      4) Radar could be now important, respected and treated as key target.

      Problems to solve:
      5) Balance big countries (some radars on start?)

      Other thoughts:
      6) Maybe airfields should have some radar range, and extend it with level up.
