The team leader for English has told me to write down a Resume for him on january 22nd he then told me to fill in extra things so i did and he still hasnt contacted me and he is active he says i need to fill in more things like 2 weeks ago and i did but ever since he hasnt replied and at the time of this he was on two hours ago what should i Do

There are some reasons why the application was halted I'm afraid.

Until you provide us with a suitable username then we cannot accept you unfortunately. It will show a lack of professionalism having a controversial figure assisting staff.

Other than that it is important to interact with the community more, both on the ingame chat client and in all the community platforms including the forums and discord.

THis is a bit off topic but how do you change your username? And yeah Saddam Hussein is pretty controversial although personally I don't think he was as bad as people like Hitler.

You will need to make a support ticket (you can do this by using the report a bug option in game) and I will change it for you. (but it will cross over to NWE, CoW, S1914 and (the RIP) 30K)

I did saddam hussein mostly as a meme or a joke but if you want me to change it i go to report a bug then after that what do i do

The CON game has lost some sympathy points with me since have tolerated your nickname in the forum as long and not directly banned.

I am very tolerant and a supporter of free speech.
But there must be a limit.

If allowed Saddam Hussein, what's next:
Adolf Hitler?
Adolf Eichmann?

It's hard to draw a line. In my opinion nicknames like the ones mentioned above additional Muammar al-Gaddafi and Baschar al-Assad should directly banned.
Nicknames like Husni Mubarak, Slobodan Milosevic or Josef Stalin are just acceptable.

As supporter and representative of CON, all are totally inappropriate.

That you think it's a joke to choose the nickname of a chemical mass murderer, shows that you are totally unsuitable for a serious representative CON task.

Stalin was actually pretty bad in my opinion. Mao Zedong actually killed more people than Hitler-because of the Cultural Revolution.
