If you cancel a research partway through is it supposed to fully refund you, or only give you part of it? I had cancelled a spec ops upgrade about 70% done, which costed around 2000ish rare materials but but it only gave me 700 back. to me it would make sense to give a full refund because (at least as far as I know) when cancelling a research you get nothing from it, and if you were to restart it starts from the beginning. Although I am not sure if that is fully how it actually works.
