      So how does it work now? If the defender retreats, can the attacker move on immedeatly to engange the retreating unit again?
      The retreater gets HP penalty, to represent those men left behind so the army can retreat? If so, shouldnt be the attacker stuck? At least stuck in moving towards the retreated unit for a bit?
      Why retreat if the enemy can catch up and engange again? (if its not the case where you can unite with other units for a bigger stack)

      **Who uses these to attack Armor? Why would you change this to encourage improper use?

      **So now if you patrol an enemy city with a stealth Air Sup Fighter, it will attack enemy units in that city?

      Fixed issue with Insurgents not displaying casualty numbers after being defeated **I just ended a game where one player over extended attacking 15 countries, half of his conquered provinces when Rogue. As I pushed into that insurgent zone (half of Europe and Asia), I killed a shit ton of them, yet in the paper it only showed my loses to Rogue State, does this mean it will show Rogue State losses now also?

      Mobile artillery too strong by comparison to other artilleries. Able Archer helped to show decisively that it was a too desirable unit (more precisely, it has shown how mobile artillery was basically the tie breaker all by itself). Support unit should not be used as the bulk of the shock force.

      The Gunship is still bad against armored. However, the research was just broken, and so, has been fixed. Gunships are still not for anti-armored combat, but they can accompany a bit better attack helicopters.

      Not related to AA fighter behavior. But now you should see stealth AA engaging in attack ennemy planes, and you should see stealth strike fighter engaging ground troops.

      Economical view. Homeland provinces and occupied provinces produce at the same rate, the only productive difference lies within cities.
      Running an online alliance is pretty much like running a small company, except you need to find other way than money to keep your employees productive. May they play or work, they are humans.
    • @MallahanJr The issue was that even if you had a war with that country you patrolled over the plane wouldn't attack the troops that it patrolled over. If you arent in war with that country it wont attack.

    • By the way. The poulation damage of the attack helicopter =3 is too much. The strike fighter level 1 has only 2. Helicpter must the alternative for warfare with low civilian casualties. The gunship helicopter with 1,4 is ok.

      Agree, would be a nice side-use for it.

      Even if... i think most of us are hardened war-criminals, especially in end game, lol

      Joke apart, the strike fighter pop damage being inferior to the one of helicopters, one could argue that usually, helicopters delivered inferior, and more "individual" payloads, than squadrons of fighters bombing :D
