Change player name

Dr. Leipreachan asked me to open a bug report in a game and submit my player name change. I did so, but nothing has been done. He then closed the thread I originally opened on the matter, so I apologize for creating a second post about this.

Please help.

please provide ingame user name - i can see the associated tickets and alter them or ask Dr. L.

I'd hate to put my real legal name on the forum board. I have messaged multiple support admins over the last 10 days about this. Or can you message me privately so that I can give you my player name (which is my real name). ?

Hi Jorune,

From the account that you posted the ticket, it was responded to and indeed your username was changed( to the same one you have in the forum now ) . I can also provide a screenshot of your profile with the correct name.

What could have happened here is that maybe you confused accounts, since the account you posted the ticket with ( Jorune00 ), you do not have a CoN account.

Please reach out to me via conversations in the forum so we can tackle this, threading our way out of this might cause more confusion,
