To etablish a proper alliance matchmaking scene, the possibility to define peace time is required.
Alliance matches in general have a cold war time, where both sides enforce their troops for the upcoming battle.
To avoid accidents and other situations it would be helpful to be able to define a time of peace before game creation, preferably with the possibility to distinct between "forced truce between player and player" and "forced truce between player and ai". (Name open for discussion)
This would also open the possibility to more different casual maps or even stuff like player organized single player or team tournaments.
