Visa Experiences ‘Service Disruption’ in Parts of Europe
Some banks have said transactions on branded cards they issue have been unable to go through

Visa Inc. card transactions couldn’t be processed at certain locations in the U.K. and Europe on Friday, according to the company.
The disruption, which the company believes began Friday morning, led to cardholders being unable to complete purchases and certain banks saying transactions on the Visa branded cards they issue were unable to go through. The disruption is also affecting some online transactions, the company said.
