      I had this interesting dynamic happen in one game: I had a full HP tank in a city and another tank barely escaped a battle with 1,5 HP. When i sent them both into 1 city the stack became 44,4/94HP. Then I needed the full HP tank in another place, but when I separated them, both tanks had 22,2 HP. Is this a bug or feature in game?
    • It's normal. in the way how the game handle things.

      This said, if you had sent the two tanks in battle, you would have seen that after a few hits, the "almost dead tank" would die out of the group, and the remaining tank would be full health (or near)
      Running an online alliance is pretty much like running a small company, except you need to find other way than money to keep your employees productive. May they play or work, they are humans.
