    • Mistake about gold

      First of all, i`d like to say that i tried contact with 2 community managers directly and my conversations were deleted. I also tried contact by email and on steam support forum. more than 24h and no answer from 3 support channels.

      Well, let me explain my problem:

      I bought 65k gold using STEAM before add my account to STEAM, than when i was trying to add my account, my password didnt work. After some time trying, i clicked on NEW NAME and it just created a new account and delivered the gold there. i didnt use that new account. I'd like to know if support can to fix it.

      I understand that you may be concerned about the situation, but I carefully replied to your email asking for identification on the situation. Your messages here were in fact not deleted, I was about to respond to you. Follow the procedure I asked on the email as we need identification of your own and fathers account - ownership.
