Theres many examples in history of two countries at war continuing to have a trade relationship. And examples of two enemies continuing to trade. The Iran-Contra scandal is a good example. I think I will make a suggestion to allow two countries at war the option to still trade
yes, there are examples where two countries traded goods even if they were at war, but I don´t think that this is of real relevanece here.
