can't land on airfield

Well, i've build airfield lvl 1 (100%done and undamaged) in Putin's Palace, and can't land on them by aircraft and aircopters. Land units can land(transport) on them-so this is ok, but how the others? Do they have to use airfields in the cities or what?

have you reloaded the game?
This often fixes such things.
If this didn´t help, pleas fill in a bug report via the ingame reporting tool (the cogwheel down right, -> expand, -> the bugicon)
