ability to post to CON news after winning the game

Sometimes after I win a game I would like to post a message of congratulations to all remaining players.
Sometimes I would like to ask certain players about their strategy or why they did certain things in the game.
But, after winning the game Im unable to post an article or send a message to ask questions.
Please consider changing this.

I guess you could also pm them out of game, but yeah it would be a lot easier to be able to message them in-game.

Except that PMing them guarantees that they will actually be notified of the message and Newspaper articles in a finished match have little chance of being read by their intended audience.

We will read comments by all losers pissed.
