You've locked me out of the message so I can't respond. Whats the deal with the gift icon why doesn't it work? am I the only person questioning about this? Yes I got a response in short telling me to handle it, But its your game/ Business why aren't you fixing this

Our game does not support gift cards, nor has it ever. Where are you seeing this? Is it in the payment providers window?

Every since I've been playing ive used gift cards to purchase gold. and until April 30 there was an icon for gift cards. Now there is another operated by Xsolla and or Openbucks
So YES you can purchase gold for this game with gift cards

You probably are referring to a payment option provided by one of our US payment providers. We do not control those. If we eg. open payments here in Europe we do not see all your payment options and don’t influence what these may be in detail.

Okay - we got a reply from Xsolla: They have removed the Subway gift card option "due to a third-party issue" on April 30, 2019. They are waiting for it to come back but don't have an ETA yet. Also, other types should still be available, depending on location etc.

Can someone here tell me why my debit card is constantly being declined for even the smallest amounts despite there being plenty of money in that account? If I use just my card, it gets declined, if I try going through Amazon its also declined.

You guys make it virtually impossible to contact support, email addresses such as [email protected] is sent back as undeliverable, Dorado.games has no link even referring to support as does the wiki

You can also reach out to us via Discord in a dm to me or one of the CM's as well as file a bug report as we do still get those in the system. We also have an email listed in the Discord to get help it is: [email protected] <-- Mobile users that need to submit a bug report, player report or an appeal please do so with this email.

Ive sent a number of emails to that address but havent heard anything back. As for Discord, I need your screen name and 4 digit. (I dont really use Discord)
