Why I cannot control troops very often? I give command to reach certain point but troops chose to move back to province's center and then the very same way to given destination. So travel time increases almost twice. I see this problem around a year.

I can confirm.
Sometimes route must be canceled and set again few times, to move by right path - that's how I deal with it. Sometimes refresh also helps.Display Spoiler

I believe this is a known issue. For the time being, I would recommend setting the initial destination to a point close enough to the unit but in the general direction of the final destination and then completing the rest by adding way points.

The best thing would be if you could screen-shot us the route whenever it happens, so that we can see with our own eyes why, and how long there route it takes, then it should. We might then find out why specifically those places do that, just mentioning it, will sadly not help us a lot, as we won't test all possible routes, might take days.. weeks.. even months...
So pleace provide a screenshot whenever it happens, and it will make it much easier for us to investigate.Have a nice following day

This often has to do with non refreshed game states and browser preferencing certain tasks etc.
Please try the steam version and see if it helps."Going to war without France is like going hunting without an accordion." Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf -
Steam client doesn't help. I can confirm that.

I've noticed that it happens way more when you're really close to between the center and border of province you're moving through... 9/10 if I make unit move right before the border then add waypoint past it the unit won't turn back towards the province center. That's just my take on why it happens.

I observed it for a while, and I think it happens if you try to give a movement order at "line breaks". And yes, adding a little step, and then destination point is... satisfying
