What do you do when you run into an extreme gold user?

I am in a game and one guy is taking on 3 of us. We kill ten planes ...the next day there are 20. Then fully upgraded tanks and ships appear...cities get annexed on a whim.

Now I dont begrudge the guy for spending his money on the game..heck I spend a little and business is business.

Its just when its kinda extreme...do you give up and archive? Seems like an uphill struggle right now.

When I see a extreme gold user I use my massive amount of stock piled gold from all the games I played to play his way

Yup, if I see "heavy" gold user, I just abandon current game and let him play with himself :), here is no worth spend your life time in such games . As per my experience, here are 20-30% of games where presented "heavy" gold users (I suppose lot of them are devs:) ), 20-30 % is not to many and I just take it as "game's bug". Much better find next one game with equal/interesting competition.

Please stop discussing gold use and gold users - we are neither interested in fueling any fire, nor giving the folks who allow us to develop and run the game a bad rep or cred.
