Well this depends completely on the playstyle.
Most games are won without serious involvement of ICBMs,
but i´v seen also games where massive and early ICBM usage had worked well...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
