"Move to top" button in build queue

The buildings start in build queue in order but some time you want a building to start before other like an airbase in occupied city so you have to click on up arrow multiple times :cursing:

.There should be a new double arrow in front of each building clicking which bring the building or unit to top and vice versa.

Can any dev inform me whether they like the idea and will work on it or it is impossible/Very difficult to code.
I miss this functionality everytime I use build queue.

I'm not a CoN game dev, but I have some game development experience. This seems like a decent and useful idea to implement, and depending on the code infrastructure, shouldn't be too hard to add, although it probably isn't a complete one-liner to put in.

u r assuming original codes are very generic else any modification will be hard due to the amount of layers over there

and every time when someone suggest modifying the code, the devs are like:
"aiiiie, no toch code! this is ancient wisdom!"

Well the bug is still not resolved. Atleast partially fix it

for example if I have 30 items placed in build queue and I want to build an airfield so I place it in build queue and it is placed in 31st position so in order to move it to top I have to click up arrow 30 times.This is irritating but this is not all.
Every time you click the up arrow the build queue screen is refreshed and cursor moves to top of the screen so you have to scroll down to bottom again ,click up arrow once (or twice if you are quick and lucky ) the screen is refreshed again and you move to top ,so you need to repeat this process 30 times.

My new suggestion is that if you cant add the "move to top " arrow than atleast fix this buildqueue screen refresh issue so that when up arrow is pressed the cursor doesnt move to top of screen.It will fix the half issue.

Still waiting and decided not to renew my yearly security council membership unless build queue is fixed.
