Why.... on earth... DOES the Random nation always give me the 'worst' nation to play? Like in Flashpoint, I was given Czechia, Portugal, Croatia, and in Z 4X I was given Sri Lanka?, Switzerland???, Jordan ???, Nepal, Bangladesh?? Please, is there any algorithms behind this randomness? If so, why did this button select the worst and least VP nations?

And I've mostly gotten "medium-strength" ones. Maybe it reflects how the Devs feel about each of us?

This button secretly measures your brainwaves and then runs them through our big-data AI to ensure maximum confusion . It's all part of the bigger picture - the game within the game."Going to war without France is like going hunting without an accordion." Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf

So to conclude, I'm a retarded player?

Wrong, the game gives you hard nations because it trusts you can win with those countries
Lol jk it means I’m OP the only time I did random I got Serbia (interestingly I was 4th at the end of the game ) -
And say about that, random'd and got Czechia in my smurf again. This time I really cant survive, Germany and Austria simultaneously shelled my cities to rubble and few hours later Poland joined in the fiesta. I'm doomed. Some nations are doomed to be consumed.

Try randoming a map that doesn't have countries like Czechia, Switzerland, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Randoming 128-player games is going to give you greater odds of getting a country like that. I'll random one of those maps one of these times, but I haven't yet, because I don't normally play Z or Flashpoint. In WWIII, for instance, which I play most, there are very few countries with less than five cities. HOWEVER, the point of challenging yourself with random nations IS to get countries that you wouldn't normally want. There's little point in randoming if the countries you get are always the ones you'd choose anyway.
