Simply, list if you have a favorite city to do something particular with. List it and why. For Example, Mine:
1.) Istanbul is my favorite city to capture/conquer. - I don't know why, whether it's flashpoint or WW3, I love controlling the Bosphorus Strait.
2.) Paris is my favorite city to Nuke - Because it's French, and it's Paris.
3.) Oglii (Mongolia) is my favorite city to Ignore/Avoid - It's in the middle of the most land and a pain to even get to
