Conditions to get the 100 000 gold is to guess how long 4 games will last ,this will give you 100 000 gold if you hit the right days(only the days).
If you gues a single game ,you will get 10 000 gold ,but you have to guess what of the 3 alliances(based on 3 doctrines) will winn .
