Suggestion- New Spy Ability - James Bond

OK, I just called it that to draw you in, but what I'm proposing is adding a new spy mission type:
KILL ANTI-SPY - this would give us another badly needed outlet for spending our millions of end game cash, and restore the balance to the game preventing someone from making their city spy proof by just loading it up with 8 counterspies.

Requiring 10,000 would balance it. After all, it takes a huge amount of skill to kill counter-ops spies

Alternatively if your irritated with counter-ops just the place your intel spies on captured cities

That doesn't address the issue at all. How does putting my intel spies in other cities help with a dude sitting in his capital with 8 maxed SAMs, 8 Maxed AA, 8 Counterspies 2 TDS, and a level 5 bunker?

Plus, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? Why would you even cast negative on any idea that allows us to spend some of the end game cash piles, no matter if it was the dumbest idea or not???

Next suggestion its intelligence building (MI6), but it's in dozens suggestion list.

I actually like this idea. Good way to get rid of the millions of dollars left at the end of the game.

there are even more foolproof ways of making a city spyproof ....

About intel spy in province with spec ops as guarding from enemy counter spy and terminated to enemy spy as silenced it.
