Rising Tides has several problems:
Slack cash resourced, cash in start it's under 100 cash point.
Coalition capacity it's now 3/3, but it's fairly 5/5, capacity 3/3 makes multi enemies attack from different directions, it's make hard to defensed own land, and just first day in game.
Victory Sites are half useless, because not given any resourced in that areas, accept it's get only VP point, but not anything else.
