Quite different from the normal game types but i believe it would be a fun event if implemented.
Idea is simple, Victory points are gained by the amount of resources (and or cash) you possess. for example 100 components = 1 vp or 1,000 cash = 1 vp. And your goal is to accumulate enough resources with you or your coalition to win.
This will lead to wars over countries that are building up to force them to use their resources (or to raid their cities). Leading to chooses of to build or not to build. To expand or save.
Money makes the world go round. And gold can be used to win i guess considering you can buy it. But at that point your paying for the server cost and people will just move on (in rage) to the next.
