Not so much overconfidence as stupidity. I didn't even pay Gothenburg any thought that it would have more than 2 troops in it right after it sent a 3 stack out. I should have set the endpoint of my mech inf outside the city until I could have a missile delivery system sitting there in place.

Since I'm convinced the game might probably end today at EOD(End of Day-for the game) I am launching an ICBM and Nuking Tehran. Why? Cause it's Tehran, and I saw a reliable Twitter tweet from Dorado that Iran is trying to start World War 3.

It's Day 42, but really I don't see it as me. I stopped conquest 3 times to allow my coalition mates to grab more gold from the win, but they were just piddling around. I stopped before I attacked Cuba, I stopped before conquering USA, and I stopped before Canada. And well technically I stopped after that as well, but now they just want to nuke stuff. So I'll wait and in a couple days, population growth will end it.
