radar update, navy and aircraft no longer need recon ability to be revealed. except grounded aircraft and out of sight target.

I am having the same effect. But not only with Naval contacts also with land units. I was attacking a land radar contact but the units i killed was in an other province out of range from my artillery.


Here is something i can document. I was attacking a blue naval contact (no submarine 2 fregattes) in Antisiranan (Madagascar) I killed 1 Fregatte and moved north with 2 cruiser and south with 3 fregattes to encircle him and stop him from escaping. The blue dot was the whole time in front of the city. Then suddenly as my Cruisers kept advancing it suddenly appeared in line of sight right in front of the cruisers. As if it has beamed there.

It appears to me that radar contacts do not get refreshed.
